Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Director, Strategy, Operations & Transformation to partner with GPT executive leadership, shaping multi-year strategy and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across ADPs product and technology portfolio.

The role focuses on accelerating execution, improving governance, and delivering data-driven insights. You will build strong cross-functional alliances, craft executive-ready materials, and steer complex programs that align strategy with delivery at scale.

Qualifications

632-8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or related fields within technology-driven organizations.
At least 332-5 years of management consulting experience or significant corporate strategy exposure.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs and teams.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of GPT2s multi-year strategy and annual priorities.
Lead GPT-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and operational insights for leadership.
Prepare executive briefs, business cases, and program updates.
