Invenergy is seeking a Business Transformation Associate to lead structured analyses, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end transformation initiatives. You will drive process design, system implementations, and change management across cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in transformation or related fields, strong leadership, and proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools. This hybrid role is based in Chicago with in-office and remote days as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, project management, or GIS-enabled environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex business process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and leaders to identify transformation opportunities and define project goals.
• Capture and translate business requirements and guide cross-functional teams through transformative initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Quantify costs, resources, and financial benefits of transformation solutions.
• Prepare materials for workshops, map current and future state processes, define KPIs.
• Drive change management plans, including communication and training.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor projects and risks.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement digital solutions and automation.
