The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will translate data into narratives, build executive presentations, and coordinate workstreams across a transform agenda in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or related roles.
• Ability to synthesize research into strategic narratives for executives.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic research and roadmapping efforts, helping the team track progress and maintain clarity on longer term initiatives.
• Contribute to internal strategic action planning, including workstream coordination and initiative tracking across the transformation agenda.
• Translate complex data, insights, and analysis into compelling narratives and visual storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Build polished, executive ready presentations with a high standard of quality.
• Serve as a flexible team resource, stepping in to support a range of workstreams as priorities evolve.
