CHANEL in New York City is seeking a Manager, Fashion Strategy to drive governance, leadership communications, and cross-functional execution. You will build executive-ready decks, translate complex analyses into clear storytelling for senior audiences, and partner across teams to align priorities and milestones.

In this hybrid NYC role, you will enable strategic insights, support budget and country reviews, and help shape the fashion division's strategic narrative with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in fashion/strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance, calendars, agendas, and materials for leadership forums.
• Develop executive-ready decks (Budget, MTP, Country Review) and talking points.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, action planning, and milestone delivery.
• Lead engagement moments like Lunch & Learns with strong speaker readiness.
• Provide strategic analysis and monitor industry trends for leadership discussions.
