Job summary

Leidos Energy CFO is seeking an enterprise business leader to shape financial strategy and transformation across a ~$1.3B business with ambitions to exceed $2B. You will lead FP&A, operations, pricing oversight, and a modern AI-enabled operating model, partnering with the Energy SVP to drive strategic growth and performance.

Based in Reston, VA, the role reports to the Homeland Sector CFO and oversees a Finance & Business Operations organization of roughly 100 professionals, spanning program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across finance, operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading large, complex businesses at significant scale ($1B+).
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data-driven to build business cases and drive transformation using analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, business operations, performance management, and strategic analysis.
• Oversee pricing strategy, cash management, and governance across the Energy business.
• Modernize the F&A operating model with analytics, automation, and AI.
• Partner with Energy SVP and stakeholders to drive organic and inorganic growth.
• Establish scalable operating rhythm, accountability and decision speed.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Finance & Business Operations team (~100).
• Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance with IRS/SEC.
