Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of transformation, strategy, or operational excellence roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in strategic execution and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar systems preferred.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization using Strategy and Lean methodologies.
• Design and deploy portfolio management, KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures.
• Own the enterprise portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization and execution discipline.
• Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with milestones.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement across functions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and progress reporting.
• Lead regular portfolio reviews with senior leadership and adjust priorities.
