Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks a Director of Strategy & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation and translate strategic ambition into actionable initiatives with clear business cases and measurable outcomes.

Working with the COO, Segment Presidents, and Global Leaders, you will shape priorities, build value initiatives, and drive disciplined execution across a global matrix organization to accelerate growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate strategy, or related leadership roles.
• MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred, with demonstrated business success in strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or related areas.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills suitable for C-suite and Board presentations.
• Structured problem solving to bring clarity to ambiguous challenges and actionable workplans.
• Analytical, quantitative mindset with ability to translate insights into strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and align on strategic priorities and enterprise transformation goals.
• Develop value initiatives, build credible business cases, and mobilize cross-functional teams to drive execution.
• Translate enterprise ambitions into sequenced portfolios, milestones, governance, and resource plans.
• Drive executive discussions on prioritization, trade-offs, and risk management to sustain value delivery.
• Provide targeted analytics support, define questions, size opportunities, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Ensure transformation priorities are integrated into the operating rhythm and monitored for progress.
