Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a senior consultant to support DoD and Intelligence Community leaders in shaping mission-critical GEOINT programs. You will develop executive briefings, governance materials, and strategic plans while coordinating workshops and governance forums to drive alignment across agencies.
The role emphasizes program management, acquisition planning, and technology modernization in government environments, with a focus on AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility and ability to maintain clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8+ years of experience with DoD or Intelligence Community in strategy, transformation, acquisition, program management, organizational development, or mission support.
- Experience developing executive briefings, strategic communications, governance artifacts, and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, digital modernization, or technology transformation in Government environments.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Government leaders in establishing and maturing a PEO for GEOINT capabilities.
- Develop executive briefings, communications products, decision papers, governance artifacts, and strategic planning materials.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, and working groups for alignment and execution across organizations.
- Support acquisition planning, technology modernization, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management activities.
- Lead process improvement through workflow analysis, SOP development, and organizational assessments.
