Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Transformation leader to oversee the delivery of strategic consulting engagements for a government GEOINT program. You will advise senior leaders on governance, investment priorities, and transformation initiatives while shaping governance frameworks and operating models across multiple workstreams.

You will also lead cross-functional teams, facilitate executive decision forums, and drive organizational improvement efforts in a high‑security federal

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of strategy, transformation, governance or management consulting leadership in DoD/IC.
• Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), PMOs or mission modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of strategic consulting engagements for GEOINT capability programs.
• Advise senior Government executives on governance, acquisition strategy, and transformation.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, strategic plans, and capability roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive governance boards, planning sessions, leadership offsites, and investment reviews.
• Direct stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to align with mission priorities.
• Manage consulting teams with coaching, quality oversight, and delivery management.
