CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Associate to support the team handling client listings and voucher processing for multiple offices. The role falls under the Brokerage function and involves handling various property types on behalf of clients.

You will help verify vouchers, enter data into the company database, and assist with purchasing, reporting, and reconciliation tasks to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Handle moderately complex to complex listings, such as inter-state business. Identify gaps and errors, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Verify handwritten vouchers against written contracts and enter all sales and lease information into CBRE's database.
• Obtain appropriate signatures and approvals and transfer financial information for processing.
• Approve purchase orders for signage and marketing materials.
• Perform routine and ad hoc reporting from CBRE's revenue accounting system.
• Assist with basic reconciliations on standard business processes.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent; may recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and other teams whose work is closely related; suggest improvements to processes and solutions to improve efficiency.
