Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, healthcare administration, behavioral health, public administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, workforce development, or a related function.
• Minimum three years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments and LMS oversight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads organization-wide learning and development strategy.
• Conducts training needs assessments and develops annual training plans.
• Oversees LMS administration, course assignments, and reporting.
• Ensures trainings are documented and compliant with laws and contracts.
• Designs and implements diverse learning programs and formats.
• Creates dashboards and executive-level analyses of training activity and outcomes.
