Job summary

Penn Mutual seeks a Training Principal to partner with HTK Operations in shaping training, performance, and readiness strategies. You will diagnose capability gaps, design onboarding programs, and lead cross-functional initiatives across New Accounts, Cashiering, Trading, and Licensing to improve readiness and performance.

You will leverage Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, and AI-enabled tools to drive knowledge management, governance, and content accuracy in a regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in training, performance consulting, organizational development, or related areas.
• Broker-Dealer and/or RIA operations experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive training, change management, and knowledge initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop training, performance, and readiness strategies aligned with HTK Operations priorities.
• Diagnose capability gaps and recommend solutions covering people, process, knowledge, and tech.
• Lead readiness for technology and workflow changes with pilots and rollout support.
• Design onboarding and workforce readiness programs for time-to-proficiency and business continuity.
• Apply knowledge management standards to keep content accurate and searchable.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to identify trends, risks, and improvement actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate priorities and outcomes.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, learning tech, and AI-enabled tools to improve training and content.
