Job summary

The HTK, Training Principal at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company partners with senior leaders to design and execute training strategies that boost workforce readiness and operational performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, education, or related field.
• 7+ years of training, performance consulting, organizational development, or related experience.
• Broker-Dealer and/or RIA experience with regulatory knowledge across training and operations.
• Proven ability to lead training and knowledge management initiatives that improve performance.
• Experience using data to diagnose gaps and drive training solutions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop training, performance and readiness strategies aligned with HTK Operations priorities.
• Diagnose performance and capability needs and propose solutions across people, process, knowledge, and training.
• Lead readiness for technology and workflow changes with assessments, pilots, and rollout support.
• Design onboarding and workforce readiness programs to accelerate proficiency and continuity.
• Apply knowledge management standards to keep content accurate, searchable, and user-friendly.
• Identify trends, errors, and risks and determine improvement actions with measurable impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate priorities and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, learning technologies, and AI tools to enhance training content and analytics.
