Job summary

You will design and deliver blended learning, coordinate onboarding, assess performance, and work with stakeholders to continuously improve programs using Microsoft 365 tools and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Financial Services, or related field.
• 5+ years of training, performance consulting, organizational development, or related experience.
• 5+ years of Broker-Dealer and/or RIA experience with brokerage operations knowledge.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, adult-learning, communication and project-management skills.
• Experience translating complex requirements into learning and performance-support solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable training and readiness plans.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain blended learning and performance supports.
• Facilitate training for employees, leaders, SMEs, and trainers; use feedback to improve solutions.
• Coordinate readiness for technology and workflow changes; manage pilots and rollout activities.
• Develop onboarding and role-based learning plans; assess proficiency and cross-train resources.
• Maintain knowledge management standards; monitor content accuracy and ownership.
• Analyze performance trends and risks; recommend training improvements.
• Independent management of initiatives; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft 365, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to enhance content and analysis.
