Job summary

Penn Mutual is seeking an HTK Training Principal to partner with HTK Operations and design strategic training, performance, and knowledge management programs across key areas such as New Accounts, Cashiering, Trading, and Licensing.

The role emphasizes readiness, regulatory alignment, and workforce capability, leveraging AI-enabled tools and Microsoft 365 to enhance content, analytics, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 7+ years in training, performance consulting, organizational development, or knowledge management.
• 7+ years Broker-Dealer or RIA experience with knowledge of brokerage operations (New Accounts, Cashiering, Trading, Commissions, Licensing, Operations Controls, advisor support).
• Strong design, facilitation, and project management skills; data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop training, performance and readiness strategies aligned with HTK Operations priorities.
• Diagnose performance gaps and recommend solutions addressing people, process, knowledge, technology, and training factors.
• Lead readiness for technology and workflow changes with pilots, rollout support, and measurement.
• Design onboarding and workforce readiness programs to accelerate proficiency and support business continuity.
• Apply knowledge management and Shelf governance standards for accuracy and searchability.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to identify performance trends, errors, audit findings, and risks; drive improvement actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and communicate priorities and outcomes.
• Use Microsoft 365, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to improve training, content, analysis, and knowledge management.
