Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Sr Training Coordinator at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires coordinating cross-functional training, including testing, QA, configuration management, logistics, and maintenance, to support the program’s acquisition strategy.

The candidate will manage fielding activities, NST, DET, delta training, and de-fielding efforts, and will schedule and track PdM products under AR 700-142 guidelines, delivering data and briefings to PdM leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of Training Coordination experience.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma; substitutions: 4 years of additional experience may substitute for the BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training across sub-systems including testing, QA, configuration management, logistics, engineering, production, transportation, maintenance, and logistics support.
• Coordinate special training actions to support the program's acquisition strategy; manage fielding/NET, DET, delta training, NST, and de-fielding efforts.
• Schedule, track, and coordinate PdM products via the Total Package Fielding (TPF) concept per AR 700-142; provide data and briefings to PdM leadership as required.
