Job summary

Reed in Partnership in the UK is seeking a Training Network Manager to establish and manage a network of training providers, ensuring provision aligns with skills gaps and employer demand. You will lead on QA, audits and SLAs, and oversee provider performance across the network.

Travel across the UK, including Aberdeen, may be required as part of NSJS collaboration. You will mentor a small team and drive continuous improvement while supporting delivery teams and employer engagement.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance and a proven record in sales and performance management.
• Experience in supervising delivery teams and meeting targets.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops and manages a network of training providers.
• Liaise with Team Leaders and local teams to assess worker needs.
• Map provision and gaps, implementing changes to meet demand.
• Represent Reed in Partnership at external meetings and opportunities.
• Work with providers to structure training for NSJS workers and employer needs.
• Design, implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks across providers.
• Complete audits, reviews and performance assessments against KPIs.
• Monitor training performance against contractual KPIs and standards.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor new and experienced staff, coaching for performance.
