Amentum is seeking a Training Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities across programs. You will meet with senior leaders to assess needs, develop action plans, and manage objectives to enable mission success.

The role covers curriculum design, program development, budgeting, and supervision of staff, with emphasis on ensuring compliant records, testing procedures, and metrics reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Six years of progressively responsible training experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose training needs and design effective programs.
• Excellent facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities.
• Meet with senior leaders to assess training needs and develop action plans.
• Develop and manage training objectives and initiatives.
• Develop, obtain and report metrics on training programs and other initiatives.
• Oversee development of training materials, manuals, and multimedia aids.
• Supervise direct reports including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
