Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 5+ years in Patient Support Services pharmaceutical/biotech training.
• Experience launching products and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to design, deploy and assess national and field-based training programs.
• Experience with distance learning and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding and ongoing learning programs for PSS.
• Deliver training via eLearning, live trainings, virtual and on-demand formats.
• Develop training strategies and curricula with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deploy and manage Certified Trainer network and field-based training programs.
• Capture feedback, measure impact, and report value of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Patient Marketing and Operations to integrate resources.
• Maintain shared training resources and ensure regulatory compliance in materials.
• Plan and conduct certification training and national/regional meetings.
• Travel approximately 15% to support field activities.
