Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of US Medical Training & Development to build and oversee training programs for Medical Affairs teams and contingent workers.

You will drive onboarding, leadership development, therapeutic area training, and ongoing curriculum management to ensure scientific accuracy and program effectiveness. You will design curricula, facilitate sessions, and measure impact, partnering with Global/Regional Medical Affairs, Field Teams, Compliance, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate education and experience.
PharmD in a health sciences related field preferred or
PhD in a health sciences related field preferred or
Pharmacist in a health sciences related field preferred
Content/Curricula or Training certifications in adult learning training content preferred

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for Medical Affairs staff and contingent workers.
Develop onboarding, therapeutic area training, skills development, and leadership training.
Continuously assess training impact and identify gaps to improve curriculum.
Maintain training activity documentation and ensure compliant record-keeping.
