Job summary

Siemens Fort Worth site seeks a Training and Engagement Manager to lead the Training & Qualification department, drive employee development, and oversee site communications. The role collaborates with the Plant Manager and leadership team to execute near-term priorities and long-term vision in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, proactive people leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• MBA, MS, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8–10 years in a strategic leadership role in Education or Human Resources.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to anticipate obstacles to learning and performance support solutions.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training & Qualification department and align with the organization’s mission.
• Oversee Culture Champions and the site training, qualification, and development activities.
• Produce accurate assessments and advance impactful initiatives balancing priorities.
• Collaborate across teams to translate strategic priorities into actions.
• Report to the Plant Manager and work with site Leadership Team.
