Job summary

Paychex in the United States seeks a Director of Training and Development to lead the delivery of classroom and field-based training for all products, systems, sales, operations, and corporate initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development, you will assess training needs, design and enhance programs, and coach training managers while managing budgets to ensure program quality and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of Training experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of classroom and field-based training for all company products, systems, sales, operations, and corporate training.
• Direct trainers, instructional designers, project managers, publishers, and administrative staff.
• Assess training needs and develop programs that meet organizational goals.
• Manage budget and ensure program quality within the approval framework.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business priorities.
