Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills; manages multiple projects.
• Availability for occasional evening/weekend hours and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Workforce Training Coordinator, including scheduling, registration, and records tracking.
• Assist with building and refining the college's business/employer database and industry clusters.
• Provide on-site and off-site logistical and participant support for open-enrollment classes and trainings.
• Conduct entry-level outreach to area employers to introduce customized training and services.
• Assist in drafting training proposals, quotes, and outlines under supervision.
• Support development and distribution of marketing/outreach materials and campaigns.
• Participate in relevant college committees as assigned.
