Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in North Carolina seeks a Training Manager to lead development programs and provide strategic guidance to leaders in a team-focused environment.

You will administer training activities, manage calendars, coordinate events, and measure training effectiveness while ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, workplace improvement and collaboration with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or management role.
• 3+ years' logistics or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with training or development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer and facilitate training and development programs.
• Develop, publish and maintain annual training calendar.
• Coordinate training events across campus locations and startups.
• Leverage learning technologies to grow the Training Center team.
• Develop, track and report training metrics for effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and manage training invoicing budgets.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and recruitment to ensure delivery of onboarding training.
• Coach training supervisors in Safety, Quality and CSCS Foundations.
• Update leaders on training center activity, throughput and concerns.
