Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in North Carolina is seeking a Training Manager to administer and facilitate development programs, ensuring compliance with corporate, OSHA and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with campus operations to deliver onboarding, safety and CSCS training and monitor training records.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting and reporting, measuring training effectiveness and driving associate development across multiple campus locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisor or management role.
• 3 years’ logistics or manufacturing industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish annual training calendar
• Facilitate safety, onboarding, and key training programs
• Update training procedures, materials and guides
• Plan and coordinate training events across campuses
• Leverage learning technologies for team growth
• Assess ongoing training needs
• Collaborate with Safety Manager on safety initiatives
• Develop and report training metrics
• Maintain training records systems
• Manage training budget and invoicing
• Coordinate onboarding training with teams
• Lead and coach training supervisors in Safety, Quality, CSCS
• Foster relationships with Learning & Development and HR teams
• Report quarterly training center activity
• Oversee overall Training Center budget
