Responsibilities

• Proposes annual budget for training programs.
• Identifies training needs and develops programs.
• Schedules training across departments and branches.
• Markets classes internally and across the company.
• Conducts assessments and measures training effectiveness.
• Evaluates outside programs for potential use.
• Organizes company-wide training rollouts and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
