The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) is seeking a Training and Certification Manager in Washington, DC for a full-time hybrid role. You will oversee CTAA's training, certification, and professional development programs, identify training needs, and cultivate partnerships to deliver outstanding learning experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a customer-service mindset, plus strong program management and instructional design familiarity to keep CTAA

• Ability to balance multiple projects and manage support networks for various courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training programs and logistics for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with Contract and Compliance to create templates and respond to external requests.
• Track program costs, budgets, and ROI; manage vendor payments and monthly billings.
• Update course pages and run campaigns to increase program visibility.
