Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Traffic Control Manager in Clermont, Florida. You will oversee the distribution of trucks, trailers, towing and U-Box storage, using data to balance inventory and meet customer demand. You’ll lead a team of reservation managers and collaborate with rate analysts to maximize gross revenue in your market.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership and a commitment to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have management and team-building experience (2+ years).
• Customer service-oriented with analytical thinking.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in professional office etiquette to support regional standards.

Responsibilities

• Help provide certainty to customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation management and the distribution of trucks, trailers, towing and U-Box storage.
• Coordinate reservation placements and equipment based on customer demand and productivity.
• Analyze data and formulate strategies to balance equipment within the market.
• Collaborate with rate analysts and other traffic controllers to balance inventory and optimize revenue.
• Hire, mentor and lead a team of reservation managers supporting distribution strategy and customer service.
