Bake’n Joy Foods, Inc. in North Andover, MA is seeking a Trade Spend Analyst to manage the financial administration of customer promotional spend from setup through accruals and balance sheet reconciliation.

You will act as an independent control between Finance and Sales to ensure programs are properly configured and substantiated before payment or deduction clearance. The role partners with Sales, Accounts Receivable, brokers, and customers to resolve disputes, supports month-end close, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with trade spend, customer deductions, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; JD Edwards is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Review marketing and customer promotional programs before system setup.
• Input and maintain pricing, accruals, and trade program data in the ERP.
• Prepare payment requests for promotional programs.
• Validate deductions against programs, agreements, and docs.
• Own deduction lifecycle from identification to final resolution.
• Maintain deduction aging and open-item reporting with exposure details.
• Collaborate with Sales, AR, brokers, and customers to resolve deductions.
• Access portals and resources to obtain docs and research deductions.
• Reconcile programs, accruals, deductions, and payments; support month-end close.
• Prepare recurring trade spend reports highlighting trends and risks.
• Identify process gaps and drive upstream improvements.
