Job summary

You will guide trade strategies, align with sales teams, and win with retailers in an omni-channel environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a related commercial function, with strong data interpretation, financial management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in a commercial role such as Customer Strategy, Trade Marketing or customer-facing sales.
• Experience interpreting data to build and execute category/brand trade strategies.
• Strong financial management skills including P&Ls, ROI, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Translate Brand Objectives, Strategies and Activation Plans into 4P strategies guiding sales priorities.
• Embed in commercial planning with trade optimized by customer segmentation, promotions and assortment.
• Lead annual Customer planning and support Retailer Account Teams to meet timelines.
• Promote discussions and updates on brand priorities through 1:1 and group overviews.
• Assist with Customer Performance, insights into Trade events and inventory challenges.
• Drive alignment on Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply, Analytics and Sales Operations for initiatives.
• Manage the Trade Promotion Manager.
