Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Operations Lead, Growth Platform to drive operational excellence in planning across growth platforms. You will oversee Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Planning (ABP), plus manage platform P&Ls and forecasting with demand planners and budget control.

The role requires strategic, data-driven leadership, cross-functional influence, and a growth mindset in a hybrid Warren NJ environment (3 days in-office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional analytical acumen, financial P&L management, storytelling capability, and the ability to connect the dots across complex data sets to influence senior stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, finance, or related fields (CPG or consumer health preferred).
• Experience working with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator).
• Demonstrated success operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform business cases and drive progress against strategic and performance KPIs including dashboards.
• Own the Long-Range Planning and Annual Business Planning processes for GCC.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and influence YTG forecast with the categories.
• Manage budget and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
