Job summary

MAP is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee high-complexity Adobe Martech and data projects. You will serve as a strategic and tactical linchpin, establishing project management best practices, driving standardization, and mentoring junior TPMs.

You will collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Client Teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The role requires 10-15 years of experience, US East Coast time preference, and deep Adobe Platform expertise, including AEP,

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of senior TPM experience in the Adobe ecosystem.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs.
• Proven cross-time-zone collaboration and leadership.
• Adobe certifications: ACC, AEP, CJA, Target, and Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk, change, and scope management across complex projects.
• Standardize processes and enforce best practices across teams.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for multiple projects.
• Mentor TPMs and drive technical delivery in Adobe ecosystem projects.
• Engage stakeholders, support client pitches, and drive practice growth.
