Job summary

MAP is MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager to drive high‑complexity Adobe Martech and data projects, guiding strategy, governance, and delivery across multi‑disciplinary teams.

You will mentor TPMs, partner with Architects, Account Leaders, and Vendors, translating technical options into business outcomes while prioritizing risk, standardization, and client value.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior TPM experience in similar roles focusing on the Adobe ecosystem.
• Proven track record leading complex Adobe data integration projects across time zones.
• Adobe platform expertise with ACC/AEP/CJA/Target; strong data and API experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Provide data architecture guidance and evaluate system designs within Adobe ecosystem.
• Drive governance, risk management, scope control, and process standardization.
• Mentor TPMs and senior TPMs; support client pitches and blueprints for growth.
