Job summary

Hagerty seeks a Group Technical Product Manager for Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI/ML to lead strategy and delivery across data platforms, ML models, and BI. You will manage a small team of TPMs and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and senior stakeholders to ensure data and AI capabilities evolve with market demands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise data/AI domains.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience including coaching TPMs.
• Proven track record leading enterprise data and AI product portfolios from data ingestion through ML models and BI.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap across Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Lead a small team of TPMs and develop their skills.
• Ensure delivery across data platforms, ML models, and BI.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and executives.
• Maintain governance, risk management, and compliance for data products.
