Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years total experience, including 10+ years leading technical programs or teams and 5+ years scaling TPM orgs in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong technical depth across large-scale engineering, cloud/data platforms, enterprise efficiency tech, and AI; including AI-enabled software programs & AI-powered developer tools.
• Proven ability to drive strategy and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead organizational change.
• Customer-focused, data-driven leader with exceptional communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and scale a distributed TPM team; develop managers and set high standards for ownership and execution.
• Portfolio Strategy: Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs; architect plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing.
• AI-first Program Ops: Lead enterprise programs with AI-first approach; establish dashboards and automated reporting.
• Governance & Exec Engagement: Create durable governance structures; deliver executive dashboards and strategic insights.
• Change Management: Drive organizational readiness for new tech/processes; ensure adoption sticks post-launch.
• Operational Excellence: Define metrics to improve execution quality and efficiency; identify bottlenecks and automate.
