Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead strategy and execution for enterprise platforms, including employee and developer experiences, business efficiency, and AI/data foundations.

You will head a high-performing TPM organization, establish the operating model for large programs, and collaborate with senior IT, engineering, and business leaders with executive-level exposure.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, mentor, and scale a distributed TPM team with high standards for ownership, velocity, technical depth, and proactive execution.
• Define career frameworks, leveling, and hiring strategy for the TPM field within Enterprise & AI. Drive urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional enterprise programs with roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing models, tracking achievements and ROI.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and business collaborators to define scope, surface risks, manage dependencies, and resolve complex issues.
• Lead AI-first programs with real-time dashboards and automated reporting; embed automation in intake, planning, risk detection, and reporting.
• Establish durable governance structures, charters, steering committees, and decision rights; deliver executive dashboards and insights.
