Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical or SaaS environment.
• Experience with data products including machine learning, generative AI applications, data pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong technical aptitude enabling collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Proven track record owning product strategy, defining roadmaps, and delivering complex software solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable product and technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in agile development environments with modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• User-focused mindset with attention to detail and delivering high-quality products.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data and analytic products, aligning business objectives with platform capabilities and constraints.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize initiatives.
• Incorporate user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear, developer-ready features and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and refine features.
• Prioritize enhancements based on ROI, user impact, and delivery complexity.
• Own and maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate with Development, architecture, and QA throughout the lifecycle for timely delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with Hagerty practices and enterprise integration patterns.
• Stay current on technologies and regulatory considerations impacting product development.
• Champion user-centric design and support product rollout with documentation and training.
• Gather feedback to improve usability and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and business impact.
• Use data and insights to inform prioritization and long-term strategy.
• Act as a product SME and trusted partner across teams.
