Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead our Enterprise Architecture program, standardizing IT infrastructure with business goals in mind. This hybrid role involves executive-level collaboration to deliver modernization across portfolios and platforms.

The TPM will guide the EA practice, communicate with senior leaders, and drive dependencies and risk management while enabling scalable, cost-effective architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of Program / Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in technical program management, driving enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent skills in collaboration and coordination across diverse teams and functions.
• Proficiency in developing structured and impactful executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution across multiple portfolios, domains, and consulting partners.
• Oversee the North Star Architecture, Tech Debt and Modernization frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration among senior leaders and subject matter experts across business units.
• Communicate with cross-functional groups of EAs, Directors of Architecture and Product Owners to define goals, monitor progress, and manage dependencies and risks.
• Foster strategic alignment and drive governance through the EA practice.
