Liberty Mutual Technology's Global Digital Services seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the AI Backbone initiative. You will align diverse teams across engineering, security, architecture, data, and finance to advance shared AI capabilities at enterprise scale.

The role requires exceptional program leadership, executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct reporting authority across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or business discipline.
12+ years of technical program management or enterprise transformation experience.
Proven ability to lead multi-organization, multi-year tech programs in agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, governance, and execution to advance the AI Backbone.
Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization, and decision forums across domains.
Drive adoption of shared AI capabilities and governance patterns.
Communicate progress, decisions, and risks to C‑level leadership.
Identify and mitigate enterprise risks across identity, governance, data, security, and cost.
