Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an AI Technical Program Manager in a hybrid model with 2 days onsite, located in Boston, MA (also Portsmouth, NH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Plano, TX). The role drives planning and governance for Liberty Mutual’s AI Backbone, coordinating across engineering, security, data, and finance to deliver enterprise AI capabilities at scale.

The TPM will own the multi‑year roadmap, align partners, manage dependencies, and push for adoption of shared standards and operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 12+ years of technical program management or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi‑organization, multi‑year technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, governance, and execution to advance the AI Backbone and enable shared AI capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional planning, prioritization, and decision forums across multiple domains.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and timelines.
• Drive adoption of shared AI capabilities and production‑readiness standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and governance improvements across the portfolio.
