Job summary

Liberty Mutual Technology's Global Digital Services organization seeks a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the AI Backbone program. The TPM will drive alignment, execution and adoption across a broad ecosystem of stakeholders as AI capabilities scale enterprise-wide.

This hybrid role requires strong program leadership, executive presence, and the ability to influence architecture, security, data, and business domains to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12+ years of technical program management or enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise platform or shared-services program.
• Strong fluency in modern AI and agentic architectures and related tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, governance and execution to advance the AI Backbone and enable adoption of shared AI capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization and decision forums across multiple domains.
• Manage vendor relationships with key tech partners (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, Datadog).
• Promote adoption of standard patterns, governance and operating models for AI at scale.
• Identify and mitigate risks across identity, governance, data access, security and cost.
