Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of Program / Project Management experience including agile software delivery.
• Proven track record in technical program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills without direct reporting lines.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to drive complex decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and coordination across diverse teams.
• Experience in developing executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution across multiple portfolios, domains, and partners.
• Oversee North Star Architecture, Tech Debt and Modernization frameworks.
• Provide regular executive communications to EAs, Directors, and Product Owners.
• Develop and execute a modernization roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery within budgets.
• Develop change management strategies for adoption and governance.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for modernization efforts.
• Continuously improve processes and leverage best practices.
