Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
• 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (SOA).
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS.
• 3+ years experience building highly scalable products & platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you contribute to the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact.
• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• 3+ years of people management experience or influencing organization as an IC
• Experience driving platform standardization across multiple product portfolios or lines of business
• Track record of building TPM maturity (operating models, career frameworks, metrics) at scale within engineering organizations
• Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of engaging deeply with technical teams while translating implications into compelling business narratives that persuade senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM programs aligned to business objectives and define measurable outcomes for platforms.
• Advance TPM discipline by teaching and scaling practices across teams.
• Establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling to scale TPM across portfolios.
• Direct cross-platform investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term convergence.
• Serve as executive-level escalation point for risks and drive data-driven tradeoffs.
