Job summary

HP in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the IHV Strategy for the AMD partnership. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align roadmaps, manage PoC implementations, and drive timely delivery of market-ready features with executive visibility.

The role requires strong communication, program leadership across diverse teams, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Typically 5-7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the program, from ideation if yet to be defined, to implementation of a solution with defined timelines and resources.
• Act as the central point of contact for the AMD partnership, aligning technical roadmaps with our engineering teams across disciplines.
• Manages the implementation of Proof of Concepts by guiding engineering, interfacing with multiple partners, ensuring learning is captured and shared.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects to deliver innovative solutions into market.
• Develop and direct the creation of key milestones, critical deliverables, and other program support requirements to ensure successful outcome
• Lead and influence efforts across Pan-HP business units to ensure all areas are represented and solutions are implemented using HP way
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives
• Synthesize complex program data into clear progress reports, risk analyses, and escalation paths for HP executives and partner stakeholders
• Review and evaluate program plans, providing tangible feedback to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the organization’s program management framework
