Job summary

HP, Inc. is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic partnership with AMD within the IHV Strategy & Insights team.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and business units to drive exclusive programs from ideation to market delivery. The role requires strong communication, program management experience, and the ability to operate in a high-visibility environment with executives from HP and AMD.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing project/program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across cultural/time zone boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Proven track record managing all aspects of programs, including executive briefing and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a program with multiple functions to defined timelines and resources.
• Act as the main contact for the AMD partnership, aligning roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Guide PoCs and coordinate with multiple partners to capture learnings.
• Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects.
• Develop and direct milestones, deliverables, and program support requirements.
• Lead cross-Pan-HP efforts to ensure coordinated solutions and execution.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and risk analyses to stakeholders.
• Synthesize program data into clear reports and escalation paths for executives.
