Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Search AI Security in Mountain View, CA. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal teams, and communicate status to executives.

8 years of experience in program management.
Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical audiences across all functions and organizational levels.
Experience managing multiple concurrent complex interactions with geographically disparate teams.
Experience delivering solutions in a highly complex, changing, and nebulous environment.

Responsibilities

Be the trusted program owner for AI Security efforts for Search; drive clarity, decisions, and visibility to engineering teams and leadership.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership to define the long-term AI Security roadmap for Search.
Identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search AI products and infrastructure.
Build strong partnerships with Legal, Trust & Safety, Engineering, and PM to drive alignment on security needs.
Lead execution of complex cross-Search security projects with geographically dispersed teams.
