Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-disciplinary Privacy, Safety, and Security programs from planning to handover. You’ll translate complex requirements into executable roadmaps, align with executives and engineers, and drive delivery across product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management and communication with executive audiences.
• Experience creating technical roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
• Experience communicating with executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile, cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security programs with clear scope and milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks across product lifecycles and implement mitigation playbooks.
• Establish intake pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor program health.
• Translate mandates into actionable technical roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
• Drive consensus across diverse teams and maintain executive communication cadences.
