Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile, cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security (PSS) programs, defining scope, roadmaps, milestones, and governance.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks across the product lifecycle; implement mitigation plans.
• Establish intake pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs to maintain data-driven visibility into program health.
• Translate PSS mandates and AI security frameworks into actionable roadmaps, playbooks, and deliverables.
• Drive consensus across Software Engineer, Product Manager, UX, and Legal teams; maintain executive communication cadences.
