Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in San Jose, CA to lead cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security programs from planning through execution. You’ll manage requirements, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communications across engineering, product, UX, and legal teams.

The Core team provides the technical foundation for Google’s flagship products, building central solutions and enhancing developer platforms and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience creating technical roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
• Experience communicating with executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile, cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security programs with defined roadmaps and governance.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks across the product lifecycle and implement mitigation plans.
• Establish intake pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven program health.
• Translate complex PSS mandates into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
• Drive consensus among engineers, product, UX, and Legal with executive communications.
