Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Search AI Security program in Mountain View, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage risks, and drive complex security projects from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities

Be the trusted program owner for critical AI Security efforts for Search. Drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks to engineering teams and leadership.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term AI Security roadmap and strategy for Search.
Apply deep technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search AI products and infrastructure.
Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with teams across Google including Legal, Trust & Safety, Engineering, and PM to drive alignment and land impactful changes for the organization's security needs
Lead the execution of complex, high-impact cross-Search security projects, often with geographically disparate teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable improvements to Search's security posture.
